Hello.

I'm currently reading the RMAN Advanced User's Guide on <http://download-west.oracle.com/docs/cd/B19306_01/backup.102/b14191/rcmconc1004.htm#sthref211>. In the documentation and elsewhere, I find that substitution variables like %U, %N etc.pp. are used.

Could somebody please point me to some documentation which explains what variables are available and what they mean?
