I did not give any advice, I just answered OP's question,. As has been pointed by many including Oracle's documentation, there is no reason to backup flashback logs at this point.
Since you are alwyas giving advice to others, you assume everyone else is doing the same.
As I pointed out flashback logs is not a robust feature at all. It has design flaws, When I read Oracle documenations I did not realize that. Only when I satrted using it, I found irs falws. Many people do not undesratnd that as well, so it is natural to ask how to backup logs on tape. It is a good quetsion to ask because hopefully someday Oracle will fix the flaws.
