v$sesstat and v$sessions help you..

SELECT SID,VALUE FROM V$SESSTAT WHERE STATISTIC# = '12' it shows a list of every sessions and own cpu time usages (but the values are cumulative) Received on Mon Jun 11 2007 - 13:38:10 CDT
