Just a *little* searching on OTN made me came up with http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/tech/windows/odbc/htdocs/ODBCFAQ.pdf

Search for 'Technologies', 'Windows Server' and there you find 'Key features' and the ODBC FAQ.
It is so easy!!!
