I know that we need administrative rights to a window box during installation and configuration.
After cutover to production, is it possible for the DBA to survive if administrative rights are revoked?
What daily/often-run tasks will be affected?

Thanks for any suggestion.

PS (Our system admin has taken away admin rights from us, so far, we are able to identify 10 areas, but all of them have workaround/fixes of some sort). Received on Wed May 23 2007 - 11:36:14 CDT
