Are you having trouble creating a database or performing the install? There is a big difference.

For trying to work with obsolete software the full Oracle version and platform information may be required. This information should appear in all requests for help.

For failure of a CREATE DATABASE statment the actual Oracle error messages and codes are necessary for someone to help you.
