Please define difference. In terms of content? Or in terms of structure.
In terms of structure just use the full version of Toad. In terms of content, ask whether you maintain those databases and need to draw up your own resignation letter.

There is also no thing such as ASAP, as this is a volunteer forum. If you expect an ASAP answer use Metalink.
