EM is hanging

Group,

I am using enterprise manager, on linux, 10.2.0.3. But I can not log to the page. After I type system and password, the page just freeze there.

>From backend, I can see there is an active session, SYSMAN, and the
hanging SQL is

SELECT end_time, status FROM v$rman_backup_job_details WHERE end_time = (select max(end_time) from v$rman_backup_job_details)

Further explain plan it, I can see it takes a different execution path from other instance which is working, it is using an MERGE CATERSIAN.

What could i do to fix the problem?

Any suggestions?
