Mladen, the OP's CREATE TABLE sample is interesting, for its very simplicity provides a lower bound for search time estimations.

I'm curious : how long does it take you to find that statement's reference, with your prefered method ?

More generally,
- are you claiming that you never use the tahiti search engine ? - or are you claiming that the engine is on par with google with regard to most relevant results on top ? - or are you claiming that most relevant results first has no impact on search time ?
- or are you claiming that search time is of no importance to you ?
