Oracle's login hang

Hi,

Running Oracle 9.2.0.8 on Windows Server 2003. I cannot login to Oracle, the login screen just hangs, even the "connect / as sysdba" hang.

But my existing sqlplus session connected to the server is still working normally and pretty responsive. I even manually performed checkpoint and logfile switch, all worked fine.

There is nothing showing up in alert log either.
