No, but there is probably some option on an advanced page of the Backup/Recovery section of the Maintenance page. You can have it automatically delete them after backup, but you should only do that if you are keeping archives in multiple locations. I've found it very gluteal-saving to have redundancy in archive logs, and not delete them for some period after the backup. This is much easier to do without EM, though I'm no EM expert.
