Creating AN External Portal

Hello All,

I have creater an instance in portal as http://oraapps.yantro.com/7778, its working good with all the responsibilities set to it,

however when i tried creating and another instance http://myapps.yantro.com/7778, here i could not create an external server instance to have its own responsibilities.

can someone help me with this issue.
