You probably don't want to hear this.
Right now there are 2 scenarios.
1 ) Get an export (hopefully you have one), recreate the database and import your export
2) Get in Oracle Technical Support with DUL. This will cost you $$ and probably they won't arrive on the spot immediately.

If you can't execute scenario 1, you probably have something to explain for. I can't help it.
