JVM Terminates in Grid Control after Release 3 upgrade

I recently upgraded EM10g from Release 2 to Release 3 (Solaris). Everything was working fine for 5 days then all of a sudden the JVM started terminating. Contents of the $OH/j2ee/OC4J_EM/log/ OC4J_EM_default_island_1/server.log file are below.

07/03/23 15:30:07 10.1.2.0.2 Stopped (Shutdown executed by jazn.com/ admin from 127.0.0.1 (localhost))

07/03/23 15:30:35 10.1.2.0.2 Started

I've opened a tar with Oracle, they recommended applying the DST patch but the OC4J_EM keeps crapping out. Anyone else out there seen anything like this?
