You should not have tried to 'upgrade' from 10.2.0.1 to 10.2.0.2 as an upgrade changes the *base* release and you did nothing of the sort. You should have run catpatch.sql, as that is all you accomplished, *patching* your 10.2 database to the latest patch level.

I hope you have a backup as you'll need it.
