Oracle 10.0.2.0 on HPUX 11.23

Ive tried to install the oracle enterprise database above a number of times on HPUX Itanium 11.23 It keeps failing at the same place with the same error, and for the life of me I dont know what it is: (It happens at about 82% of the Linking C/C++)
