Where is the Pro*C/C++ demo?

The precompiler demo files are supposed to be under



  $ORA_HOME/precomp/demo/



I checked in my 9i and 10g servers but all I find there is some 'sql'
directory with scripts in 9i. There are no *.pc or make files to be
found.
