flash_recovery_area for RMAN on RAC for windows

I have a 3 node rac cluster with a backup drive on one of the nodes.
Has anyone configured flash_recovery so that all instances can refer
to the backup drive on ( node three for example )



I am assuming that I would need to employ some sort of sharing syntax
