quick and simple...

how can i make a good start in my oracle formation?... i know about DB.. i had use mysql, sql server and others.. but this will be my first time with oracle...

there is a good book? articles? web site?....

underestand that i don't begin with db.. i begin with oracle, so i don't need explanations about selects, joins, create and things like those... i want to know how to admin db.. i mean, tunning, backups, restores, users manage, etc, etc...
