Oracle 9i IMP error

I'm trying to import a 9i schema using the command :

   imp gw/sfm_at_sfm file=F:\gw_backup.dmp ignore=yes log=imp_backup.log full=y
All tablespaces and tables have been precreated in the target database. IMP throws up the following error:

         IMP-00003: ORACLE error 3214 encountered
         ORA-03214: File Size specified is smaller than minimum

required"
Can someone please tell me how to get over this problem. Thanks
