Hi

Okay I have now fixed this problem! But I am not sure how.

I did the following:

1 - Uninstalled Apex
2 - Reinstalled Apex
3 - Reinstalled the SSO SDK
4 - Reregistered Apex as a Partner App
5 - Reinstalled WWV_FLOW_CUSTOM_AUTH_SSO package

It is all working beautifully now. When I log into portal and then navigate to my iframe the app loads no problem. Then when I navaigate (within my app) to a page that requires authentication it authenticates me and then shows the page! I have also got this working with parameters being passed in from the portal page to the iframe.

Thanks for all your assistance on this, I assume it must have been my apex installation, but can't be sure of the exact cause.

Many thanks,
