As suggested earlier, you should be able to complete the import by
specifying the IGNORE parameter (imp help=y). You may need to do the
imp command using the SYSTEM account, but as long as you use the
"fromuser=prod,touser=tst,ignore=y", the import will generate
errors/warnings, but should complete.
The one thing I am not sure about is that you granted DBA and RESOURCE
to tst.
Perhaps you should only grant the required system privileges such as
CREATE TABLE, CREATE VIEW, CREATE TRIGGERS ...
