Null events are not necessarily idle events. They are just events which have not been
classified. Most likely they are idle events .. but sometimes are events which
are non-idle and should have been classified.

Although the following bug might be more relevant to UNIX .. still .. See bug 3070842 9.2.0.3 HAS MANY "NULL EVENT" WAIT EVENTS.

Usually best to patch to latest version ... 9.2.0.8. That might help.
