I agree with Daniel and hpuxrac, and would add http://www.dizwell.com/prod/node/4 and
http://www.dbaoracle.net/readme-cdos.htm

Also google for OCP certification thoughts, some are virulently against the existing system, others think it has its uses. Which may apply to you depends on your specific situation.
