Have you tried performing a Google search, or a search on Metalink?

Metalink note 391844.1 indicates that there is a bug in the Java Development kit that ships with 10g R1 and 10g R2 that affects computers with Itanium processors. Metalink note 401332.1 supplies tips for identifying processors that trigger the Java bug. Metalink note 400227.1 provides access to the patches that correct the problem.
