Not at all.

SELECT grantee, table_name, privilege
FROM user_tab_privs_made;

But if you are concerned about access from those who have been given the privileges such as SELECT ANY TABLE by a DBA you are out of luck. That is for the DBAs to know and control.

If you can't ask your question of a DBA it strikes me you are doing something you wish to hide from your employer: A very bad idea.
