It also means "giving out" and/or "complaining", at least here in Ireland it does. I've never heard it used by other nationalities though.

Also, in Lake Michigan, they have "cribs" which used to be sewage outlets from the city of Chicago.

some clues, like operating system, version of db being used and DDL.
The exact text and/or number of error messages is useful (!= "it didn't work!").
