First of all, I doubt it ever was. 8.1.7.2 is a Patch release, that is, you install 8.1.7.0.0 (the Baseline relase) and then patch it to 8.1.7.2.
Patches require a support contract, and supplying you with a patch would be a violation of my support contract...

And, on top of that, iirc, 8.1.7.4 was downloadable, not 8.1.7.0
