So, my question is related to how to make indexes, primary key, etc. visible to non-owner users for tables that have public synonyms.

I have a few tables set up that have public synonyms, and I use Microsoft ADO to pull data from these tables. Unless you log in as the owner of the schema, ADO can't resolve the tables' primary key information. If you log in as the schema owner, ADO can resolve the primary key just fine. So, there must be some permission in Oracle I'm missing to give non-owners the ability to see primary key, etc. metadata on the synonymmed (is that a word?) table...?

Thanks,
