Clearing out grid controller/agent

I have a good bit of garbage in my grid repository representing experiments, cleanup failures and agent problems.

Currently, I see ASM instances and agents reported as down when they are up, ghost listeners, duplicate entries, etc.

Is there a way to purge an entire cluster / cluster databases / hosts / listeners / agents?

Then I can restart the agents and let them report the current status of all the working parts.

We are on RedHat 3, 10.2.0.1 DB/Agent/CRS/Grid. This is currently a 3 node RAC.

Thanks,
