You need to follow up the suggestions provided to you more carefully. You should also post specific error messages, instead of vague phrases. You should be aware no one is looking over your shoulder, and/or will grab your keyboard to resolve your problem. You should not disregard previous suggestions assuming they don't apply to your situation.
