Thanks for the reply to my comments.

When will the other two books in series that includes "Cost-Based Oracle Fundamentals" be available? I am looking for another Oracle book or two that attacks an Oracle feature with as much detailed analysis as the "Cost-Based Oracle Fundamentals" book.
