I used to have a "service request" tab on Metalink. It's no longer there
and there is no other way to list all of your SR's. You can only search
for an SR# with "quick find" if you already know the number.
I'm trying to find the metalink document that says that regardless of
how many VIP's you have running on a physical host, you are only
supposed to run one 10g Agent. It was in one of my SR's but I don't know
which one and therefor can't find the document either.
