I agree with Laurenz that Windows is a lousy platform for RAC. But then I think it a lousy platform period so this should be no surprise.

What strikes me is that you didn't mention anything about your hardware and most RAC cluster builds fail due to improper hardware. What is your shared storage solution?

And if your answer is: "I shared out the C drive" you get one black mark for not reading the Concepts doc.

Shared storage means RAW (w/wo ASM) and or a CFS. And if you are using SE rather than EE your only supported choice is ASM.
