to enable automatic statistics gathering EXECUTE DBMS_SCHEDULER.ENABLE('GATHER_STATS_JOB');
to disable automatic statistics gathering EXECUTE DBMS_SCHEDULER.DISABLE('GATHER_STATS_JOB');
