Strange problem: Tracing a Zope web application session

Hi,


trying to find out the reason of strange errors updating data with a
zope web application using a oracle 10g back end database, I enabled
sql_trace=true.


I discovered that when SQL_TRACE is TRUE the application works
perfectly and doesn't give any error.


How can you explain that the application, wich I don't know anything
about, works only if SQL_TRACE is true?
