Nor should he. Campaigning against laziness just like campaigning against spam may be tilting at windmills. But it is still a fight worthy of being waged.

Which should not be interpreted as agreeing that the person from the University of Arkansas is lazy. Getting from what was requested to NDS or DBMS_SQL is a lot to ask from someone that self-identifies as new to Oracle.
