It means the OS hasn't any more memory to give you. For more ideas you could search the archives of this ng for 'ORA-04030'. You could search MetaLink for the same thing.

That 10gb could very easily be wasted hardware on a 32-bit OS such as Windows. Check MetaLink note 225349.1. Received on Thu Oct 12 2006 - 07:36:48 CDT
