Please read the documentation that comes with the patch set as this is specifically addressed. Looking at the 9.2.0.6 patchset for Linux (x86), there is a section titled "Removing the Patch Set Software".

It is possible to "degrade" the database after applying the patchset, but it is not through any "undo" process.
