hi,

i've install oracle 10g on windows XP for testing and when i use DBCA for create ASM instance it shows me this error:

"unable to connect to cluster.."

and OracleCSService is in starting. on alertlog i found this:

"D:\oracle\product\10.1.0\db_1\cdata\localhost\local.ocr is not accessible".

in css log:

valid) in OCR initialization

what does it means??
