Hi,



Can anyone help,



I install the 10g Client R2  ( 10.2.0.1.0 ),   this lets me logon to
our 8.1.7.0.0 Oracle Database server without any issues, from TOAD,
SQLWorksheet SQLPLUS etc,



I then downloaded and in stall the ORACLE Developer Suite 10.1.2.0.2,
but can't get any of the development software forms/reports etc to
connect to the 8.1.7.0.0


database,  all the other stuff above still works as it uses the 10.2
Client path.



Is there anyway to make the Developer Suite use the 10.2 client path
for it's connectivity/middleware stuff, or do I need to do something
else to the developer suite ??
