10i Installation Troubles

Hi all!
Im just about to get startet with oracle and failed with the installation already:

I want to use 10i on a windows machine. I extracted to archive, I run setup.exe. which throws an error like:
"not enough disk space or write protected" user\lokale\TEMP

tho there is plenty of space and the folder is set write protected by the OS as far as I know.

Any help I will very much appreciate!!!
