Jim,

It wouldnt be the first time I've missed something! But my application worked fine on my development server; AFAIK I have set up the test server in exactly the same way way, so in theory it should work the same.

After encountering the problem, I tried some workarounds - time is of the essence. But I think the problem *was* with OO4O; although it doesnt ask for a reboot after installation, I think it may require one, because since the server was rebooted I haven't experienced the problem. But because I've tried various workarounds, I'm not in exactly the same position as when I posted this.

Either way, given the code as it is now, I can use OO4O to communicate with my DB...
