I didnt mention a global network down. (I was talking about a network down
on one node, a local network down)

A disk heartbeating network and an ip network will be defined as different
networks.

If you turn off the power to one site's networking switch, then you are

most likely only seeing an error on 2 out of 4 machines for the ip network.

In that case, your ip network is still up on 2 nodes. Not a global network
