Re: parsing records returned

Thinking for only for a few seconds here is a thought.

If the alphabets stands for something that is predefined and if the address changes rarely then you might try maintaining a separate field with the number converted to a number based on the character. Then work on the field with the numbers. Periodically you might update the address field to sync with this field.
