Problem installing Oracle 10g client on Windows 2k3 server

Hi,



I have downloaded the oracle 10g for 32bit systems client and have
tried to install it on our windows 2003 production server (with sp1).



When I click on setup.exe, nothing happens and the client just won't
install.



Can someone help?


I have seen similar forums discussing this problem for p4 windows and
oracle 8i...but they don't apply in my case
