Re: Oracle database not starting up after reboot on RedHat ES4 Linux !

Hi Denis, teh interesting thing is that I do already have a /etc/oratab file with the same syntax as you suggested, my entry in that file is like this:

MYDB:/u02/app/oracle/product/9.2.0:Y

But even then the database does not start up, any suggestions?
