There is no bearing at all on those parameters for the size of the database, unless you plan to size the SGA as a proportion of the database size (which you shouldn't do)
Other than that, it still doesn't seems to be clear to you that - one of the most important tasks of a DBA is RTFM - you should stop misusing this forum as a replacement for doing your major task: RTFM

If you refuse to do that, either you should admit you are not a DBA, or you should be prepared to get abuse messages soon.
