Nirav,

If you would look back at your own posting history, you will notice you have consistently being asking RTFM questions. I'm not sure why you do this. In the time you need to post your RTFM question, you could have done some research yourself. On www.sun.com or www.oracle.com or http://metalink.oracle.com Why don't you do this? Too lazy? Like others to do *your* work? Get a better income by sitting back while others respond to your questions for free? VCS comes with documentation, doesn't it? Why don't you do as I do: I read those docs, I do research Metalink, and I don't ask questions with obvious answers here. Your employer should decrease your income and donate it to some more worthy cause.
