thanks Daniel.
i should've mentioned i'm on 9.2.05.

when i do anything but exactly match the schema and object, my apply doesn't work. the transactions are captured and propagated, however, they are not applied. in fact, there seem to be no errors.

if you have a specific example of the package you mentioned, i'd be in your debt.
